When you create an account or request a consultation, we hold your name, email address, telephone number where you give one, and the answers you provide in the booking form. When you write to us through the contact page, we hold that message. Our server keeps ordinary technical records, including the address your request came from.

WHY WE HOLD IT

To answer your enquiry, arrange and deliver the engagement you asked for, take payment where one is due, and keep the records a business is required to keep.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

Nobody outside this practice, other than the services that make the site work: our hosting provider, and the mail service that delivers our messages to you. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

Engagement and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires. An enquiry that leads nowhere is removed once it is clearly closed. You may ask us to delete your account at any time.

Write to us at the address on the contact page to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted.
